Our firm was founded in response to the infamous "stock freeze" implemented by Robinhood and other broker-dealer platforms on January 28, 2021. Countless retail investors were positioned to make life changing sums of money until the trading platforms intervened and prevented their own customers from capitalizing on their investments. We simply could not allow them to get away with that and were dedicated to holding them accountable.
In addition to the stock freeze cases, we also handle cases arising from all other forms of misconduct by the broker-dealers, such as breaches of the terms of service, unwarranted account restrictions, margin abuse, inadequate customer service, false advertising, etc.
We could not be more proud and honored to represent clients who are willing to take a stand, fight against the corporations and take back what is rightfully theirs. If you believe you were wronged by your broker-dealer in any way, please contact us. We will do everything we can to help you.
